Founder
Dr. David John Philips Jr. founded World Mission Project with a burden for unreached nations and a commitment to the Great Commission. His vision birthed a movement that now equips local leaders, plants churches, and brings clean water, education, and the Gospel to persecuted believers across Pakistan and beyond.
In 2016, God gave David & Courtney Philips a vision to plant a church in Clearwater, FL. In faith, they moved their family in 2017, built an incredible team, and launched Real Church on September 16, 2018. Since then, God has transformed countless lives, and we're excited for all He has in store. At Real Church, we're passionate about helping people know Jesus and step into their God-given purpose—because the best is yet to come!
Pastor Daniel Saleem and Primula Daniel are passionate servants of God, devoted to transforming lives through the power of the Gospel. Together, they have dedicated their lives to spreading the message of faith, hope, and love across Pakistan and beyond. Pastor Daniel is a dynamic preacher, evangelist, and visionary leader whose heart burns for revival in the nation. Through his ministry, countless souls have come to know Christ, experience healing, and receive deliverance. Their mission is to raise a generation of believers who live not just by religion, but by a living relationship with Jesus — bringing His love and power to every corner of society.
National Director, Pakistan
Pastor Daniel has faithfully served the people of Sindh, Pakistan since 2021. Under his leadership, more than 47,000 people gathered at a single crusade to hear the Gospel, with over 75% accepting Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. He oversees hand pump installations, church planting, discipleship groups, and the Inayat School — ensuring new believers are rooted in Christ and equipped to reach their nation.
National Director, Pakistan
Alongside Pastor Daniel, Primula leads with a heart for women's empowerment and discipleship. She directs the Women's Stitching Centers, where women discover their identity in Christ, learn valuable skills, and become voices of change in their families and communities. Her ministry embodies the vision of a society where women are active, confident, and spiritually grounded leaders.
